Since 1969, our family has owned a leather crafting business in the heart of Texas. Red Beard continues that tradition in San Diego, California and honors it by setting a new standard for leather crafting with an edgey style inspired by early Americana, Tattoo style art and the roar grease machines on either 2 or 4 wheels

Sick of the long exhausting hours of the daily grind, fighting for any handyman work through the last great recession,  Red Beard knew in his heart something needed to drastically change!  After getting minimal instruction from an employee over at the famed Indian Store, in Vista Ca, inspiration ensued. A short time later, the small business roared to life like a top fuel dragster at the start line, into what is known as Red Beard Leather. Great effort is placed into the artistic craftsmanship as well ensuring the leather is premium quality. The Red Beard business handpicks their leathers and spends countless hours conceptualizing design and bringing the vision to reality.
